I always thought the beef started becuase Benzino just randomly started dissing Em over "ruining black music" and being the "Vanilla Ice of 2003". Maybe I'm wrong. :confusion:

I think XXL had took offence to Em a couple of years before The Source did. Not to the same extent but I'm pretty sure they did, then they apologised and Em did the cover a couple-a-times.

So I think thats what that line is about.
