oh well if you're talking about his actual voice (the normal one), not the Arab voice then yes, it does sound the same from 2002 period or so (or maybe slightly different but not noticeable).

His voice now isn't nearly as crisp and versatile as it was in his prime (1997-2002), but it's far better than the drug voice.

but I always loved his voice and when he does in his normal tone I think you can hear a difference to before - and it's better now

He truly makes use of every syllable, it's beautiful to listen to. Not an millisecond of sound is gone to waste, he makes use of every single moment, every line now.

What If anything I'd of thought his flows would be something that would be universally agreed (almost) that he's majorly stepped it up on.

Whether or not you like his accents or whatever, his flows are so obsessively tailored. He's fucking glued to the beat.

Not as much passion? What just because he's not shouting, "Buffalo Bill", "Stay Wide Awake"... Man, the flows are absolutely amazing and so well crafted.

Yeah but you said he's not putting the passion into his flows.

Regardless of what you think of the content, his flows on all of those bar "Beautiful" (since it's an 07 track) are all totally tailored and passionate.

He's never cared as much about his flows as 2009. Since he's not producing his tracks, he's putting all his effort into writing and flows. Some of his best flows period IMO.
