Yeah it's suppose to be obvious. As with a lot of Em's diss tracks, they're intentionally obvious re-writes of already classic disses or tracks..

Such as "Quitter" ("Hit Em' Up")
- "Hail Mary"
- "Can-I-Bitch" ("Children's Story")

I always thought it was

"I shit across your belly
show you I'm not R Kelly"

I thought that made more sense becuase of the whole 'peeing on a girl R Kelly scandal'.

But you he does it intentionally and makes it obvious to the listener.
