Well I fail to see how he can go from loving the album which he spent that long perfecting and then go to thinking it's "ehh" in less than a year.

Especially when he was so clear about why he was making Relapse the way it was at the time. Knew exactly what he was doing, it's not like he stumbled across it.

So to be honest, I think when he said that he was more so adhering to what he thinks the 'majority' consesus from his fans are on the album. Thinking he alienated too many with the accents, so just pandering to them and saying what they want to hear. I think that's more likely.

I don't doubt he thinks he can do better, I mean just from what we've heard on the "Despicable" freestyle, he seems to be going for a whole other level. But I just don't believe he thinks Relapse is "ehh" already.

I dont belive Em meant it when he said that. He was saying it to win the fans back. After he dropped Relapse he was saying how good he felt he was spitting etc etc and how Stay Wide Awake and Hello were some of his best stuff.

I'm really dissapointed with Em for that couple of lines, I dont see why the hell he should apologise about an album becuase some fans didnt like it becuase it wasnt to their taste.
