Dr Dre Beats Limits Em So Much

Postby KieranLewisEM » Jun 9th, '10, 18:11

so bad could have fitted on relapse for real. like em said recently the beat speaks to him , well most of dres beat are the same. banging drums west feel to it YAWWWN no wonder em felt the way he did with relapse lacking replay value and that is due to similar style of beats given to him. Did A good job on relapse bear in mind but limited ems skills like u can tell by way of directions em gon on each track and spazzed out in every way possible from emotion ,anger and different styles on recovery.Thank god em went for new producers

I don't get your point..

Dre had one beat amongst some of the best and relevant producers of this day..

And it was still one of the best on the abum.

Dre wins.
My Top 5 (in no order)-

Eminem
Big l
Biggie Smalls
Royce Da 5'9"
Jigga

Beats don't have to be complicated, if it was, you'd be able to just chuck dope sounds on top of each other. But it doesn't work like that. You need the right balance of content, but not over doing it. Dre is the master of it. Beat bangs like fuck, better than any of the ones on Relapse.

i see your point and was thinkin the same today.... it's a good thing Em choose for a lot of other producers.... gives him the opportunety to create new things.... like the amazing 'recovery' cd

i'm not saying Dre produced bad beats.... but yhea kinda always the same.... DETOX is coming to late.... music keeps evolving

Beat was best on Recovery. Easily.

I never get this Dre bashing. On Encore, he gave a variety of different styles and beats, Em was just terrible. Dre's production on MMLP, Encore and his few SSLP songs never limited Em. I dont think Relapse limited Em at all.

So Bad's beat sounds fuck all like anything on Relapse. Completely different.

Listen to Kill You then Mosh then I'm Back then Remember Me then Evil Deeds then Never Enough then Role Model then SWA then MBTG. All completely different.

Dre's more verstaile than people give him credit for.

Dont get me wrong, I'm glad Em branched out on Rvy but I swear this site is like the ultimate Dre hate land. I dont get it.

Not the first poster, i know it's just his opinion..

But i think some guys on here don't ike the idea that someone made eminem possible, and that theres someone that eminem owes everything to. I mean. It's like God having a debt.

I agree I think thats why So Bad is one of least favorites on here.
I don't think Dres beats bring out the best in Em at all and I'm glad he only has one beat on Recovery
