I wouldn't believe anything unless it becomes official from a reliable source. Rumors start all over the place. There might be a couple bonus tracks that didnt make recovery, but no word on that yet.

Only w/ the last two, but if they are better than the ones on Recovery, then damn, they'd have to be on some MMLP shit or better

Theyre pulling something here, almost like with Relapse and Refill, except more blatant.

Interscope is releasing Recovery. Then two weeks later re-releasing Recovery as a double album, with 9 or 10 new tracks on the second CD.

This way, they sell about 750K week one, and 400K week two. Then, week three with the double disk re-release (which counts as 2 albums for each purchased, since it is a double album now) the sales numbers jump right back up to 800K or so. Week 4 sales are now 500K. By week 8, Eminem is pushing 3 million sales.

The reason the second disc hasn't leaked is obvious: only the first disc has been pressed. The re-released album (second disc material) is still in safe hands. AND, since there seems to be maximum secrecy surrounding the second disc, and minimal promotion for it (so far), there is no way it would leak. Its in a safe in a safe in a safe in a locked house.

Now, of course, this is all assuming I am blindly accepting the rumors. But with the websites having the double disc album advertised, I'm not quite 100% skeptical of them.

Yeah. Good sales from:

- the album being amazing, and having STAYING potential on the charts

- radio friendliness, Rihanna, emotion, etcetera

- Not Afraid being a great first single

- the quick re-release, so people buy the album twice

- the double album, counting each sales twice

- the mere hype of the sales eclipsing 3 million in 2 months

Yeah, and honestly... the early leak won't hurt too much. It was GOING TO leak eventually. Whats the real difference between 1 or 2 weeks early? Hey, the awesomeness may spark some serious word of mouth and reviews... Obviously, Eminem would be better off with no leak, but maybe he will sell better with the 2 week-before leak compared to the 1 week-before leak? Ok, maybe not...
