I see people talking about a choppy flow...

Postby HairJordan23 » Jun 15th, '10, 20:06

but do u realize he's rapping over choppy beats?

Some beats could've been a lot better. Luckily he has the ability to make good songs despite a few horrible beats. But he still tries to ride the beat even tho the beat jumps around.

I remember Shyne and 50 rapping over horrible beats, and they just couldn't stand out. The beat overwhelmed them.

i know what u mean.... i didnt rly like the production for this album too much.... dont realy like just blazes production...and a few others.... mr.porter was dope and a few others were dope but the cleanest beat on there was from dre... even though em wasnt spittin like crazy and it wasnt the best song on the album,,, the production on "so bad" was just sooo clean

i think it was good that emm reached out to some other producers,,, but i think now that he broke out of his cage i think he can go back to dre.... idk if that made sense but yeah

Dre's beats are getting stale. On Fire and Seduction seemed like the best beats IMO. Mr. Porter really stepped his game up.

Havoc's beat is underrated becuz people were expecting a much darker track.
