Amazon Sales?

how significant are sales on amazon? Recovery finally PASSED TML again on their chart. im just looking to see how significant these numbers might be.

Probably a good qualitative way to judge what albums are selling better in general. I don't know how well it will reflect on the actual number of sales, when all is said and done.

I think I read somewhere that the largest percentage of albums sold is from Best Buy, but I'm sure iTunes is also taking a large percentage - where Drake is #1 and Em is #2 (not for long)

id think the amazon thing is somewhat significant since eminems preorders are beating drakes album thats actually on sale. we had it beat preorder wise til the last day before it went on sale too. still 4 more days to preorder!! (after today)

Yeah, obviously Drakes album is currently selling more, as Recovery isn't on the shelves... but we see that Recovery is ahead of TML on amazon and one behind on iTunes (where either album can be purchased) - and its yet to be released. Good sign for Eminem. If TML is going to approach 500K, Recovery should break 700 and approach 800K, me thinks.

em is doing great on itunes and amazon
itunes = younger fans
amazon = older fans
= HUGE 1st week sales for Em

what are people so worried about sales?
it's pretty obvious I'm a Stan but i could care less what he sells...you can bank on him doing 400k and him NOT selling a milli...anything it between doesn't matter.
