Yeah he absolutely does.

This is why I think he's always been so well received in the UK. His first three albums especially have very dry, dark, british-style irony.

I think maybe him growing up on Slick Rick could have a bit to do with it. As well as him just growing up in a ruff place and learning to self-deprecate more than others.
