am talking about the whole album not only the song!HairJordan23 wrote:Solace wrote:It's a mixtape. I don't know when it was released. Pre-Eminem Show. Em doesn't even do mixtapes like that. It's a song he produced for Redman that he was featured on.
thx for clearing it up broSolace wrote:It's a mixtape.
I said it's an unofficial compilation too. Eminem himself has nothing to do with this. Off The Wall w/Redman is on it.
thx alot bro..that helps 2jpmutanguha2009 wrote:this looks like a "fan-made" compilation of his relatively unknown songs. but i can tell it aint official because "Dead Wrong" belongs in a Notorious B.I.G posthumous album, "If I Get Locked Up Tonight" is some DJ's album called The Tunnel. "Murder Murder" is from his Slim Shady EP, Shit On You was a D12 single, The Kids was a replacement for Kim in the clean MMLP. Hellbound is a song that's been flying around and can't find its official source. I read somewhere that he didn't make that song but his verses was added by a DJ probably from a freestyle he did. not sure. well, there you go...that was me bragging about how i know some of this "underground" songs
edit: i've yet to hear the shit he did with Scam and Rawkus, not officially a stan yet

what about that album Fuckin crazy? what it was?
Sometimes labels put out mixtapes with old and unreleased songs of certain artists to keep 'em warm and keep te buzz, and sometimes arstists put out mixtapes with old/new unreleased songs which can't make the official albums for the same reason plus not to sit on a lotta mucis. Then at the same time DJ's all over the place do unofficial mixtapes whenever and for whatever reason. The only way of hearing new stuff on a mixtape is when artists drop an official one, sometimes even one that you could by a hard copy of, or when a song has leaked and DJ's get their hands on it.
Like I said officially 'Off the wall' was made for and was on that 'The nutty professor 2' movie soundtrack and because it was hot as fuck and had two legends on it naturally was all over the place and just like those Em unofficial mixtapes it's been on tens of DJ's mixtapes as well. It happened to other songs Em recorded for movie soundtracks. (Scary movie, My ballz, Under the influence, Bad guys always die, Go to sleep etc.)
P.S. The problem with Eminem is he got too big too fast and for the reason not to exhaust his fans Interscope did not drop a lot of mixtapes as 'official' and they were just floating all over the net like they're not Eminem's. I'm nut sure of Fuckin' Crazy cuz it is very popular but it happened to 'Don't call me Marshal' . For the same reason of not exhausting fans EM didn't do collabo albums with the Outz and the Likwid Squad, ( the 'Bad meets Evil' duo project with Royce was cut off for another reason) in between TMMLP and TES his solo albums and D12's were always all over the place in everybody's face so I guess Interscope decided to cut all the rest off.
Em dropped the most official mixtapes in the Green Lathenrn era and it was good look all the way.
