MMLP isn't technically Diamond either, even though it has sold over the 10M. Interscope need to do something for it to be seen as Diamond, and they haven't. (last I heard)

that picture is for eminem being "Artis of the Decade" i think. Interscope has to apply for a diamond certification which they haven't done yet like SliK said. So it aint "officially" diamond yet, but who cares we all now how much it sold

Both MMLP & TES are eligible for Diamond certification because both have shipped over 10 million copies but Interscope need to sort it out with the RIAA. Still shocking that they haven't certified Relapse at all yet.
