That had to have been embarrassing. He runs out of breath in such awkward places, too...and couldn't even properly hype Eminem, who every now and then skipped a word at the end so he could breathe for the next bar. People listening must have been like, "too bad you couldn't do good at mar?"

I just hope Jay-Z doesn't drink or pop pills around Eminem when they're doing the tours.

I dont think that was planned and eminem missed the queue. I think jay ran out of breathe and/or forgot the lines. And eminem realized that and filled in. Watching the performance it seemed like jay was out of it a bit and couldnt remember the lines. Either that, or he was just really out of breathe.
