Ive had the CD for a week now, i ripped to lossless immediately and play it in the morning, on the bus to work, bus home. Itunes counts a play if you skip it 2/3s way through. Also, ive slept at night with the songs playing, so i doubt it literally is that much.

Mine got reset when I imported my CD copy into iTunes >_<
