I don't know if that was sarcasm (it felt like that though) but this topic is about actually saying "n.igger" and he didn't. It was a racist tape, yes. But he never used that derogatory slang.
But yeah, he said it doing Bitch Please II live, he says "nig" in Biterphobia and there is this little clip circulating the net (I believe it's Eminem, but I could be totally wrong) where a rapper is freestyling and he says something like "I don't do that n.igga shit, I'm just here to make a bigger hit". It's called The N Bomb if anyone hasn't heard it.
