because Recovery is very successful so they may want to drg the singles, especially if this could be his last solo effort in a while (or his last ever, who knows)

There will be 1 more video to come. Its the biggest album of the year, interscope will take advantage and release as many singles as they can just like with The Eminem Show. Unlike Relapse, Recovery actually has songs that can be played on the radio.
