After 500,000 copies of 50 Cent's Before I Self Destruct album, the RIAA recently certified the record Gold. Led by the single “Baby By Me,” 50 Cent’s “Before I Self Destruct” closed out a strong decade of hit albums and singles for 50 Cent including the 2003 debut “Get Rich or Die Tryin” and “The Massacre” (2005). BISD is also the third highest selling disc of 2009 (behind Eminem’s Relapse and Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3.)

In related news, the G-Unit boss talked about how he admires the United Kingdom reality tv, and now hit singer, Susan Boyle. He says he admires Boyle so much that he thinks he might even start a beef with her! During an appearance on ‘The Late Late Show’ with Craig Ferguson, Fifty joked about his past fueds with Fat Joe.

I guess that's what happens when you release a single ONE YEAR before an album comes out and then constantly delay it. Oh and put sub-par music on the final release.

This goes for Rebirth as well. I hate how rap artists constantly can't commit to their music and release shit as scheduled.
