AR, can you tell me how to make a difference between the original and the fake In-Ear Beats?

sound quality is one, if they sound like 5 dollar sanyos then there fake,
also the splitter that sits in the middle will have the monster logo on in, check to make sure the font is nice and clean, not wobbly and shitty

and last but not least, the actual b on the the earbuds them selves, the beats have the red b on a white background, and also a gray background (newer ones)
the fakes will have a tough brushed aluminum background which is a no

but more than anything, you'll know when you have beats by the sound, from what i've heard the fake beats do sound good, on the scale of about 20 dollar sonys, but the real beats have a far superior sound to them

I wouldnt get the in-ear ones, if your were thinking of doing so. My mate got them and one of them broke after 4 months. Luckily he had 4 days left on his warranty so swapped them for the solos and paid a little bit extra (15 british pounds or so). Solos look way better and will be more durable. And sound quality is crystal clear.

Studio's are better because
1) noise cancellation
2) the music is louder than the solo's and more clear.
3) the headphones are more durable in which the solo's feel easier to break
4) the studio's look way better in design and more fashionable
5) studio's are more comfortable on the ears

studio's downfall oves solo's

1) They are bigger and not as portable
2) and they require batteries
3) more expensive

Overall: If you want quality and can pay the price i highly recommend you get the studio's over the solo's
