^just don't try forcing it.......listen to the beat and write.........if you come out with a fast flow....then it'll come.....if you listen to a beat and say "ok i'm make myself do a fast flow"...its gonna come out forced............let the instrumental determine that shit....

Welcome back 
The "back by popular demand" at the beginning of the first verse just sounded like a really awkward way to start the song. Once you got into though your flow was one of the best on TR. The beat was decent, and it wasn't axes best chorus but it did it's job.
To be honest, when I looked back at some older stuff of yours I was never a fan of you but you've definitely improved since you left.
