Same thing we tell you every time.

1. Stop using offensive racial slurs.
2. Flow's slowly getting there but get some fucking rhythm and emotion
3. Your slowly learning to rhyme which is good
4. Stop reading
5. Spend time writing and re-writing your lyrics till it's something you'd remotely be impressed by.
6. Stop bitching and blaming your "tools" (reference to the "bad workman" analogy) and just do something about your flaws
