First, let me apologize for all my posts in this thread. 2 or 3 of them could have been contained in 1 post, except I was posting from my phone. I'm on the computer now.
classthe_king wrote:When was the last time you listened to Sadistik? This was literally nothing like Sadistik. I know who's style. Used for this and I promise you it was not Sadistik. Now if you have any real feed I would love to hear it but if not then bye.
Are you serious? Your emotion and rhyme schemes are Classic Sadistik (at least an attempt to be). Your flow, ever since I introduced you to him, has been heavily influenced by him. The way you elongate words--as I mentioned--to hit the snare, and the TYPE of words that you elongate, are all Sadistik-influenced. Don't tell me it's not, because I know that it is. Despite the fact you
tried to use someone else's style here, you still sounded like a Sadistik knockoff. I wasn't dissing you, and I left real feed in my first post.

At any rate, I'm on par, talent-wise, with spoonful.I just enjoy his music.
I don't agree with the bolded part. Spoonfull's tracks when he was 16-17 were
much better than what I've heard of yours.
You don't have to agree with something for it to be true. I know that my flow and mic presence are second-to-none. Does that sound cocky? Sure. Is it true? Yes. Am I humble? When need be. I admire Spoon's work and believe he's very talented. However, I know how talented I am. The only reason I brought that up is to refute the fact that I
sound like him. The only aspect I've 'taken' from his work, is his imagery. Listening to him has helped me hone my writing ability to be more descriptive. Then again, Slug has done the same thing; as have Aesop and Eyedea. (Spoon's 3 biggest influences as well).
I don't see why you brought up that you dropped one verse on here, apart from a diss. Both had great Spoonfull influence audio-wise. I'm not talking about the writing. You pulled everything off, the overlays and adlibs just as Spoonfull would. Spoonfull did battles/disses, so your diss to Scrubz shouldn't be disregarded (no pun intended).
I brought it up because there was no Spoon influence in that diss at all. It was actually 100% Warbux influenced. So yes, it should be disregarded. I listened to Warbux before writing that. I never listen to spoon's disses--I don't like them. Also, I didn't mix that diss. Maybe did. And the mixing sounded nothing like a spoon song.. The punch ins were on the opposite end of the spectrum. As for my "Coming Back" verse, I'm not sure how that could even remotely be percieved as Spoon-influenced. That has Slug written all over it. Even the Punch-ins.
I also know who's style Class seemed to mimic, and it wasn't Sadistik. I don't know what I'm arguing here other than you do seem to take a lot off of Spoonfull. It's true, and it's been stated by other members and I'm sure you've said somewhere Spoonfull is a great influence on you. I have no problem with the Sadistik comment directed at me.
You edited your post as I was responding to it.. My flow and emotion are completely different than Spoon's. That can't be said for what I heard on this track. My Concepts are completely different--Again, that can't be said here. Yes, Spoon is one of my favorite artists, and has influenced my WRITING, but never my music on a phonetic level.
Also, no. I wasn't going to 'come at' you. I'm still not. A disagreement doesn't mean you're my 'enemy' or some shit. My initial comment may have been harsh, IDK. I just get annoyed with hearing all of these people suddenly writing introspective-type rap, who, before I introduced it here, had never even considered it before. When this is how I've ALWAYS written my music. It just feels gimmicky.
