Aone10 wrote:It was pretty dope. Your lyrics and punchlines are on point, but I think your delivery and flow can be better on some tracks. IMO, the best tracks were Coming to An End and Don't Compare Me To You. That faggot only dropping bars in the shower and the outstanding like great depression breadlines were too nasty! :y:

I think you sound better on the tracks in which you were being aggressive. Look forward to peeping out other material in the future.

Thanks for listening man. I'll check out your shit soon. Also looking forward to your feedback Ax :y:

@Crashband, yes...yes you would.

Class posting from his alt again, smh

Jesus Christ the hook on In The End is terrible :laughing: oh god what the fuck is going on

Intro was really really close to perfect tho. Will listen to the rest of this when I wake up.

Yeah...it was really hard for me to find a chorus for that song. I couldn't do one, Phantom never replied to me and my go to guy *cough* solace pussied out.

And those beats you sent me were horrible tho

The producer took down his bandcamp so I don't remember exactly what I sent you but even assuming they were pretty bad I'm sure I'd still say fuck you. Those beats > That bootleg linkin park foreigner shit on In The End that everyone and their black friend's hopped on ever since it popped up on Youtube as a leaked Eminem instrumental.

I dunno, I just feel you'd be so much better if you started focusing on forming a cohesive sound instead of these really typical netcee beats composed of pianos, acoustic guitars, & rabid ear penetration of "THIS IS A SINEMA BEATS PRODUCTION" off of Soundclick & Shadowville. People bitch alot about your voice and I think it's less that and more that you haven't found a sound that's clicked with it yet. See, to me an identifiable sound is what sets a pretty good netcee apart from the full package of an actual artist. You should start looking around Bandcamp and Soundcloud more, they're alot more expansive & even though you'll sift through plenty of bullshit you'll find some pretty talented beat tapes & beatmakers around our age trying to mold their own styles and contribute to the art as opposed to 30 year olds trying to sell cheap FL remakes of popular instrumentals to teenagers who think they're the next Funk Volume signee.

Anyways after listening to most of the songs on this like 3 times other than the beats the only major problem I have is with you is (surprise) how weird and inconsistent your delivery gets sometimes. Not really so much how your voice sounds anymore (because, as I said, that's gotten alot better) but how you deliver some of the individual lines. Idk if anyone else notices but it's exemplified in Coming To The End:

i = awkwardly delivered rhyme

Fortune & fame
Portion to claim

Eating me alive
Beaten me inside
Leaving me to die
Leap into the sky
Even say goodbye

or near the end of Cobwebs:
There's a lonely flame burning in the rusty furnace
But I keep it going strong, now you know she must be worth it

Don't Compare Me To You was probably the best track in terms of overall delivery, you sound gr8 on that song good job buddy

Beautiful Sorrow & Cob Webs are also good songs tho

7/10 etc etc

Yeah that's why I said this wasn't really official and was just a bunch of songs thrown together. If I could find a good producer our age that wanted to work together and we could develop a sound that would be awesome but it's a lot easier said than done as I've had absolutely no luck.

I don't really understand what you mean by the delivery.

I'll get class on some shit that sounds completely different than what he had here. Don't know if it will work, but it will definitely be different.

It just like, slips sometimes. I dunno, it's always the 2nd bar and it always sounds like you're trying to take it home from the last line but the last few words just sound so :unsure:

You REALLY don't hear anything in

"One day soon I'm gonna leap into the sky
Without ever coming back and I won't even say goodbye"

It's like all of the aggression in your voice completely & hilariously disappears in those last 3 words

Oh that well yeah, I have noticed that I always sound like shit at the end of bars where I take a breath or end the verse. I don't really know how to deliver something with nothing coming after it I guess.
