You definitely need to work on your lyrics, because at the moment you're far from a good writer. And it's expected that if you're going to do some audio you should at least have the fundamentals of writing down. Aside from that I cannot critque the flow since it's done to no beat. The only thing you've actually got going for you is delivery, because you definitely have something going on with that and if you work on it you could sound pretty good. Keep at it!
