I've been encouraged by Coleon and a few others to start posting my shit here. I ended this with a classic Bad Meets Evil line (since I did this the week the album dropped) so I think it fits as a first post on TR. I actually ended up winning a contest with this freestyle.



Oh and before you start going emo about the eyes, Hopsin himself encourages me to wear them (and he's not the only rapper that uses them)

k, now that we got the feedback issue out of the way, I'll feed this.

that was fucking sick. I hope youre not pulling a Drake on us and this was actual freestyle, sounded like it (was real). The only thing I could tell you to get it even better is to make your style more unique. cuz yeah, people will be wowed by the brilliance of the technique and the crazy lyrics, but you need that extra thing that will get people to come back... be creative, twist things up, add a personal touch to your style.

hopefully you will keep posting on here, and I'm looking forward to some actual songs

Freestyle refers to a verse that is "free" of "style" as in it needs no direct concept and you can string around multiple scenarios and ideas. People get this idea that a freestyle MUST be off of the top, but it doesn't.

haha this is mostly written. there's some parts where I go off the top (mostly during rhyme transitions)

I actually just started this year, so my production game isn't too hot, hence why I don't have many actual songs. but i'll post something next week I've avoided the audio stage since my only experience on TR is people getting trolled 24/7

But I love this section and I regret not becoming a part of it sooner
