"Young Baby" and "The Devil's Lettuce" are tracks from my upcoming debut LP titled "Life Overdose" coming September 1st, 2008.

"Young Baby" is actually my first solo track in a very long time. I did A LOT of collabs since the last summer, but now I'm focusing mainly on my solo career. There won't be many collabs for awhile now. This is more of an angry track. Me just gettin' everything out there, to everyone who doubts me, and everyone who fucks with me and what-not. If you remember, I posted the first verse in the Creative Writting section not too long ago, the rest was written right after. Right now this is my favourite track of mine to date.

"The Devil's Lettuce"....well you can probably guess what that's about, lol. I got Spratt on the 3rd verse. I actually wrote this track back in February after I seen the movie "The Heartbreak Kid". They were smokin' some pot and a hillbilly type dude says he smelt the devil's lettuce, and it just stuck in my head and so I turned a song into it, haha.

And just because he dissed Em doesn't mean he's immediately shit at rap; if you ignore the diss he isn't bad.

I didnt say he was shit at rap. I just said he's a bitch. Cuz he calls Em, expecting that he would actually care about some stupid fan wanting him to hear music, especially when he doesn't even know how he got the number. He begs and begs, then calls em a sellout and all that bullshit when he was the one begging him.

Yeah, I usually try to feed but I don't really have much time. I still listen to most people here though, and they know that.

And to DarkBlade, I'm done features for a little while now. Just wanna get focused on my solo shit.

young baby-flow is sick. voice doesn't match the angry theme you were going for. chorus is nice, i like it. lyrics are good. rhymes are good too. some good multis in there. you didn't sound like spratt on this track so that was good. pretty good shit 8/10

devil's lettuce-intro is kinda funny. not a fan on the concept, or the chorus. lyrics are pretty funny. flow is good. rhymes are good. you sounded extremely white when you said "the smoke is thick, and the bowl is tight, so get your lighters out and lets get blown tonight" i could picture the next line to talk about trading stocks and big business lol. i was expecting spratt to come hot, but his verse was in all honestly garbage. his voice sounds the same on EVERY song he does, he uses the same angry emotion in all songs. his flow was good, but i didn't enjoy his verse at all. cut him out and do your own third verse is what i'd suggest. 6/10

thanks for the honest feed man, much appreciated. glad you liked "young baby" though. i really wanna focus on gettin that song heard more since it's my first solo track in a long time.

i'd recommend re-recording young baby to get a more angry sound to your verses. song would be even better then.

Great flow on this one. Your lyrics are great, just as I like them from you. You got some good lines in there, and the rhymes are good.
You could have a bit more power in your voice in the chorus, but it's still good
