I think you started off beat...
But Shadowville owns

I hear the energy in your voice, and I almost hear the emotions too, but I am not of that kinda "screaming" unless you're Eminem :sweating: :p

The lyrics are cool, not complex but you already know that so that's ok.

For me, the flow sounded good, you hit the snare almost all the time if I am not wrong. But you rushed a few lines.

The hook wasn't good, I didn't like it, mainly because it didn't caught me.

That's all I can say :y: Just keep practising (like me lol).

BTW, what if you rap a little laidback next time, and not screaming, for example like in the track Sing For The Moment. I wanna see how that sounds...

Hmm...

Do you write to the beat? If you do I think you're having problems in reading the flow of the beat. When you write to it; say your lines at least 3 times before you keep it in your verse. This will allow you to see if the flow is where it should be or if it's not. Wear headphones if you can too.

Delivery was better; though your screaming kinda took away from the verse because the beat didn't quite call for it. I had the same exact problem and still do occasionally.

Flow was below decent; though better then your last track. Like I said I think you are struggling to write to the beat.. Maybe try different syllables for each line; like one has 10 and the other has 6.

Beat was better :y:

Lyrics were MEH. lol all I gotta say bout those.
5/10; one level ahead of ya last track. KEEP GOIN MR STARRRRR!! :worship:
LMFAO@ Brittney, bitch looking worse than a chupacabra mixed with a broken down coyote. You're disgusting ugly, so ugly in fact, my brain simultaneously exploded while processing how bitterly grotesque you look. I would much rather stick ice picks into the walls of my cranium, then stick my dick into your quagmire of a clitoris. You're what would happen if a sperm whale mated with a Godzilla fish..

Love the beat man, fits the style of the song 100%. You start off beat because you didn't understand when the verse area of the beat is I think. But your flow is improving, just gotta study the beat more next time before recording. Find out when the verse area is, and start off from there and you should be on beat. Keep at it flow wise, you'll only get better, I see potential. As of your delivery your shouting more than you should be, I think because you want your shit to have emotion, except emotion is more than just shouting you get me? Need to stabilize your voice, like find the right delivery that suits you best and go with that. But it seems like you kinda already found your delivery so I suggest you calm your voice down abit, and make it less high pitched easily by putting more rage into it. I liked the hook, had a good flow on it and the idea worked. What happen to mixing tutorial I made you? lol cause that one suited you more. Ice's mixing wasn't great, I barely heard your voice and the quality felt dirty as hell. I kinda liked this track though, if you fix it would sound great.

I would talk about this with you a bunch right now, but I'm tired as fuck. But I understand what your saying, and no doubt will work on those area's. Guess the high pitch voice didn't work out, back to more normal. I'll talk to you more about emotions on msn, maybe you can help me out with it a bit. I can send you like a few different samples & you tell me which sounds the best or how I can improve.

But that all can wait, cause I'm dead Image

That tutorial got sold to boston :shifty: ....nah I lost it one of the times I reinstalled windows :(

Sure man, hit me up whenever your on msn. :y:

slowly but surely your getting better..one thing i would suggest...
you sound a little to umm white in your tracks...try to add a lil w,igga to your voice...honestly i think that could fix your delivery...its way to raw man...smooth it out...

flow doesnt work with the beat. the high pitched delivery also doesnt work for you. i imagine your voice to be a bit deeper, try using your natural voice, it'll sound a LOT better.

the hook is not good, it's not catchy whatsoever. now this may not be a radio single, but the chorus should be catchy, it should be the most memorable part of a song. a solid chorus is the foundation of a song.

overall 4/10, a very off-the-wall and odd concept, which is good. delivery still lacks due to the high pitched voice. i'd recommend sounding as natural as possible, it sounds as though you're forcing it. trying a bit too hard. keep at it chet, your day will come :y:

I enjoyed this, thoroughly. I even liked the humming you added in the background. It worked well. That was you right? Hook was cool and you didn't sound too off beat to me, just a strange start. Well, it's the best song I've heard from you. And the "screaming" didn't sound bad. Look forward to hearing more.
