when you said "radio single" I had an idea of what it would sound like, and it sounded exactly how I expected, so it's kinda disappointing imo just for the fact that this song if heard on the radio would just sound like everyone else's pointless radio/club tracks, with the whole popping bottles thing. I personally hate tracks like this but thats just my opinion, but to feed the song the flow, delivery, and hook were all very well done, so in that regard it was a well done track.

thanks guys..thats exactly what I was expecting..I know it's not that super hard/fierce style you're used to me droppin, but the main goal here was to make it catchy and appealing to a broad audience..so I appreciate the honesty..and glad you like it from a technical standpoint.. the album is NOT like this...kinda like how em drops "we made you" and mims dropped "this is why im hot" type of shit...I mean they both can rap, and have really good skill..but they have to get a broad audience in to listen to their shit to buy their album..so yeah..appreciate the feed, and trust me when I say the album wont at all be like this..be on the lookout for it..it should be ready for download in a week or so. :y: :y: :y: :y: :y:

thats true... thats why great underground and deep rappers make this kind of songs, specially cuz the general audience now-a-days is fucked up, so this way you get people to actually listen to the whole tape, thats what I kind of did with midnight, the first single was poppy (well, not too poppy tho' was more a production experiment but you get the point)... and that way I got more people to enjoy the tape as the realness it contains... but as long as you don't stick on it like souljah boy or lil wayne, you can get your well deserved props.

Flow is smooth, delivery is okay I guess, fits the type of track you did. Lyrics were bad imo, but hey, I guess that was the point, no? I think I hear autotune, right? Overused it imo. Beat is dope, overall not my cup of tea, but in terms of mainstream-cliché-radio-play-dance-along-songs it's good.

I know this was a radio track but the hook was horrible. Delivery was nice but i have liked alot of your other songs much more. Your fast flow sounds alot better then this. The frequent autotune was annoying too. I know you can come harder on whatever your planning on releasing.

No point for me to leave feed for this cause I disliked everything about it, but I'm returning feed so. Thought the whole idea was nothing special and very average, it makes me feel like a homo listening to this to tell you the truth. Can't sing, don't sing, don't depend on autotune, that's just weak man. If your going for a more radio approach then you want your song being something original at least, something talented and meaningful. At the moment, your doing EXACTLY what you hear on the radio, which means your just copying shit. Autotune, singing, wack ass lyrics, no original content, same old song you hear from wack rappers about "bitches". Your obviously in need of radio play, so I'm not gonna tell you don't make radio songs, but at least be more original about it. Use a better beat for fucks sake, wtf was that beat? I wouldn't even give that beat 5 seconds of listen if I heard it on soundclick. Next time use a better/hyphy beat.

so how do you explain ppl like kanye...lupe...ect. who have some of the biggest singles....they don't have to rely on the common stream to get known.....

this is what i mean dunny...if you dropped the "follow the blueprint" shit.....you'd be so much better off.....cuz that one hit might make you a lil money....but people will always remember the kat who can make dope tracks and verses with their own flair then the average joe blow who follows the trends....and you could def be one of those kats if you just dropped that shit.........

I've done work with lupe and his group members..you prolly dont remember but I dropped a track on here with Shayla G who's signed to FNF...lupe told me the same thing I told you guys. and actually he called me his favorite rapper.. *shrug*

thanks for the input though, I appreciate it.

PS)how many times has Kanye used auto tunes? he made an entire album in auto tunes.. plenty of his singles were main stream POP hits. The Workout Plan, Overnight Celebrity? (lets play somethin these hoes will like, Drive whips i know they like, twista I told you right?--I can make you a celebrity overnight),

Nope, with Shayla G, who was signed under Lupe's 1&15 label, which doesn't exist anymore now. And I bet he didb't even speak with Lupe, lol, lupe called you his favorite rapper? Favorite from what? Please, don't make me laugh...
