honestly though most people that freestyle at some point say something they have already made up to keep the flow up.
i agree with ya men, freestyle is off the top, i think 90% of freestyle are verses the rappers have written but are just remembering, akala is a sick freestyler, but his freestyle verse you can find its lines from verses he has did or magically apear in a track in the future.
i write ALOT of verses that arent for tracks if someone asks me to freestyle on the spot and i end up blending together 2-4 verses im remembering that i wrote say 6 months ago it doesnt make it any less of a freestyle. its still on the spot me thinking of rhymes that are my material, sure there are filler lines that truly are off the top, but eminem, lloyd banks, royce da 5'9 and more all freestyle verses they just never released.
