I hate to be 'that guy', but I doubt that the mixtape is coming out on the 10th.

Joe's engineer (@parksmusic) just tweeted that he's still mixing the songs, I don't know if they'll be done in time by Friday. Plus, don't forget that they have to send the material to DJ Drama so he can scream all over the songs. That's gonna take about another week or so.

We'll see though.
