So they didn't learn from the first one then.

Another bunch of cooks in the kitchen, no cohesive sound.

Get ready for another loud-ass inconsistent mess yo.

Well, actually, no.

Slaughterhouse have quite clearly learned that Em is basically a yes-man. He's gonna agree to whatever shitty ass beats they decide to rap over, whereas Just is gonna actually bring some much needed variety. The guy's really creative. Plus, the overall quality of the cooks is better. Give me !llmind, Cardiak and DJ Premier over Alex da Kid, Hit-Boy and Kane Beatz any day.

As opposed to what? I would much rather have producers working with them then just having Slaughterhouse pick random beats off of cds that could be for anyone.

As opposed to only working with one or two producers, and keeping the sound consistent.

Well firstly I'm implying Just Blaze sucks ass.

Secondly, I'm saying that I think they should have 1-2 producers make the whole album, to give it a really cohesive sound. All modern rap albums go with this '100 producer' theory and most modern albums sound like noisy ass music with a bunch of assy mess ass beats and no overall sound.

C'Mon nikka... the first album... if you mean 'Our House'? was ass.

If you mean their FIRST album then okay yeah that was alright.

"Hammer Dance" was pretty weak doh, stupid concept... all they talk about is guns or 'deep relative lost yo, I'm deep', they need to be more creative or hang it up yo.

"Hammer Dance" felt massively out of place too... most of the album was like... digitaly-faggy-pop-rock-messy-Alex-Da-Kid-esque beats... then you got like a sparse Korn sample lmao... sounds bizarre.

Trimss was definitely talking about their first-first album.

"Hammerdance" was ok, I guess. To me, it's going to be difficult for Slaughterhouse to really push through and make genuinely interesting music. They have chemistry to a point, but it's not really an organic type of chemistry in my eyes. They don't take risks creatively, and working with several different producers (no matter the caliber) will in all likelihood further their inconsistencies.

They should all go down to Nashville and lock themselves in with WillPower. Then we can watch a video of Yelawolf speaking dismissively to Royce da 5'9 about hopping on a beat this time around.

gkmc is one of the most cohesive albums we have heard in recent memory and kdot worked with an army of producers.

Miller wrote:Eminembase you should just give up on Slaughterhouse. They arent even trying to come up with crazy concepts or mind blowing new ideas. They just straight up rap. That's it. They have deep stuff but it's all personal stuff. They have never done anything crazy and new, and they arent going to. You listen to them to hear energetic crazy rapping and that's it. Sure a few meaningful tracks here and there, but that's just not what they are about.

Well they want to create something that stands the test of time... they ain't gonna do that by just doing that, unless it's AMAZING - also, I'm okay with just that, as long as it's BRILLIANT just that.

But Our House didn't even give me amazing energetic rap, the lyrics were weak as fuck.

I'm wanting some insane battle rap, but lately they've been boring af.
