I can tell the difference, but I usually don't care that much. 128kbps is too low for a lot of people here, but it doesn't really bother me. The difference between 320 and 192? I haven't listened closely enough to really care.

If we get it via MP3 (which is likely) it should be 320kbps which is supposed to be CD quality.

The thing is, with Yela, is that he seems unafraid of changes. Like if you listen to these MBC tracks they sound nothing alike, apart from one of them have a similar hook. All three tracks are interesting on their own, they could be three different tracks really.
