I agree Slaughterhouse should throw away "Throw It Away."

They're probably going to act like their fans just don't like it because they want 80 bar battle raps...but that's not true. I'm a fan of SH and I'm a fan of T.I., Young Jeezy, Kanye, Jay-Z, etc...not everybody just likes one style of rap.

Also, rap singles DO NOT HAVE TO SUCK. California Love. Hypnotize. In Da Club. Big Pimpin. The Way U Move. Power. International Player's Anthem. N's in Paris. You might disagree with me on some of these, but you have to admit, there are good rap singles that appeal to casual fans without alienating hardcore fans. "My Life" comes close to doing this . "Throw It Away" doesn't. (At least on "My Life" they're not rapping Dr. Seuss bars.)

I'm not even against Slaughterhouse doing a strip club song. But at least, it should have some killer punchlines, and sound fun. The beat and the hook don't mix ver well to me; that sample worked a lot better when Ghostface used it for a street song. For dumb fun, I'd rather listen to "Swing Ya Rag" than "Throw It Away."

The more I think about it the more The One seems to be the prefect single for Slaughterhouse. Royce's flow was dope on that one, Crooked absolutely murdered that song with lines like the Gene Simmons one, 'give Pink some black' or bitch's breath smells like balls and the Zoey Kravitz reference was audacious since they used a sample of her father's hit 'Fly Away'. The chorus is not a big deal but the lyrics were on point. I hope that they won't make a video for Throw It Away.

Or... It would be a complete waste of money for Intercope and fun for SH to do it. So if they do it, that's the only reason worth it. Spend the money of Jimmy and give us a dope mixtape! It would be a fair share

Gee, that was a vivid metaphor! I understand completely how you feel. Yeah, it's strange, but I like that song, generally I like rock-influenced beats and it's witty for your average 'dumb mainstream single'.

Do they have any songs where Royce actually has a full verse? He doesn't have a verse on Hammer Dance, apparently has no verse on Goodbye and on My Life he shares one with Joe. Maybe that's what happens when you don't write for six months or something like that he tweeted.
