A mixtape is a perfect idea. It will build the hype back up after it dies out towards the end of this month. Do online mixtapes build buzz for an artist?

Yeah. If some songs gets very well recived, people put them on the album.
But I hope that's not the case here. I want new songs on the album.
And I hope they throw away that bad songs from the album to this mixtape.

Some good news finally! If the mixtape is pushed back though any further than the first week of august I'll stop repping Slaughterhouse.

Royce is a funny guy. Royce in May: 'we're good for making the June date so we look at July as a worst case scenario'. Royce in July: 'August 28 is like the first available date'. SAY WHAT?! Okay, they added extra verses but clearing samples AFTER the mixing?! How stupid is that? Why bother putting effort in mixing a song that could be left out because of sample issues. And now they are picking beats last minute so it couldn't have been done so far? They don't want to be forced to do anything but seemingly they are still rushing things to make a date which is the third push back. Doesn't seem so professional for me. Anyway, let's just concentrate on the mixtape, I truly hope it'll be dope.
