like a typical Shady Records this album will be shelved and Yela will join Stat Quo, Cashis and them on the shelved and forgotten albums of shady

The worst mistake Yelawolf or Slaughterhouse ever did was signing with Shady, even the money ain't that good

I hope the ditch Em to teach him a lesson of how to treat and help his artists

Jimmy Iovine leaving Interscope might spell the end for this record. The guy they have replacing him has no background in rap at all, John Janick is known for mentoring Fall Out Boy and Paramore, I highly doubt Yelawolf is even the kind of artist he would listen to let alone know how to promote. With his last album being the commercial flop that it was, and him being the new guy in charge wanting to get results on the charts, dudes like Yela might get shelved. Not trying to be a black cloud or nothing but things were already moving slow before hand, having a guy like this suddenly in charge of steering the ship doesn't give me high hopes.

Would be very disappointing since the same exact thing happened to Yela back in 2007 when Rick Rubin took over Columbia.

If he does get shelved, I hope he just leaves Shady and Interscope and releases Love Story on Slumerican.
