Obie Trice really is an average rapper that doesn't stand out at all.

He's not better than Yelawolf and he will never be. Just an average street gangsta rapper. He's not bad but he's not good enough to compare to Yelawolf.

This is a two-part question though...

Yelawolf is without a doubt the better artist. If you want to try to argue that Obie has a better catalog, that's a different matter. He put together solid albums, and Cheers was great. However, Yelawolf is starting to hit his stride, without a doubt...he's definitely more creative than Obie Trice has ever been or ever will be.

Trunk Muzik Returns and Arena Rap alone (what, 17 songs?) are more interesting and original than anything Obie Trice has ever put out.
