I have been listening to alot of slaughterhouse lately and you are right.... they dont have much range. I honestly dont see them making anything groundbreaking. But, i no longer expect or want that from Slaughterhouse. If they just give me more Dead people, more "Back the fuck up" more "Sound off" i'm a happy trouper. I believe in them giving us an album with solid production, good rhyming, nice wordplay and enjoyable hooks. I'm looking forward to getting that.

Nope. They will never make a cohesive body of work.

1st album was great but as you say just a bunch of songs thrown together.

But what do you mean one of the songs that made it interesting is Move On? This song ain't on the album.

Oh shit, sorry wrote it real quick didn't even notice that.

Shows you how much i've been listening to them lately haha...But you can go ahead and replace it with Rain Drops.

@StayWideAwake...I love Joey's solo albums and think he's one of the best to ever do it, they can all make great solo projects (except for Crooked  ) but they don't seem to be transforming that into a great group work.

I enjoyed the fuck outta Apex Predator!! #justsaying

Their first album...

This, exactly. Their first album was fucking great.

I think they can replicate this, especially with being in such a close proximity with the producers for the 3rd album.

They're going to bring fire. They know they "fucked up" on WT:OH (I still like the album, despite its faults)

I don't want them to do art.. I don't expect that from them. I want them to rap and go hard like they did on their first album.

SH can rap their asses off.

SH has shown us glimpses at more than that (Move On, Goodbye, Raindrops, hell, even Throw That).

I hope they bring out the "more than that" on this album.

Uhhh, no.

i just feel they dont have an install fan-base to propel them that far as us stans hoped for.
they are amazing rappers, better than most. Im not saying they cant make an outstanding album( i hope the album is raw)
i just know not to hope for wutang/outkast consistency when it comes to their discography

To me, the perfect SH project would just be pure aggression for the majority of the album. Just them ripping the fuck out of some banging beats and going as hard as they possibly can. :flutter:

The rest could be some deeper, introspective stuff. We know they can do this because we've already seen it with stuff like Truth or Truth, which is absolutely incredible. Something like that would be a fantastic closer for a raw, rapitty rap album (which is what they're best at).

That my mother did it but the bitch won't admit it was her
I slit her stomach open with a scalpel when she was six months
And said "I'M READY NOW BITCH!! AIN'T YOU FEELIN THESE KICKS CUNT?!
