Bumping the shit again randomly after hearing "Have a Great Flight" - clearly made for it.

This EP is SO consistent and cohesive.

Man, if he added HAGF and perhaps... 3 more songs, THIS should have been his official debut.

It's perfect. Classic raps, classic hooks, classic production - a purposeful look and sound which is carried through from start to finish but with each track sounding totally unique from the last...

It's the kind of cohesive I feel with Illmatic and MMLP. Not saying it's as good as those, I just mean in terms of having an amazingly cohesive feel, this kind of magic music gel where it all feels as one.

I completely agree.

Its interesting that he will release this song now. Or atleast I think its the same song.
Clearly showing of his artistic side more, which is great!

Arena Rap brothers unite!

Seriously doe, it may be his best project. Easily > Trunk Muzik and EASILY > Radioactive.

"Candy and Dreams" is SO good.

And the style... the Arena Rap style... and, it does feel like ONE style, despite the songs each being very unique... the Arena Rap style is totally fucking fresh and cool. Sounds like nothing else ever.

Word.

Such fucking atmosphere.

He was in his fucking element on this project.

The country-funk-rap production is PERFECTION with his style too. I wish he'd do an album like this but feels unlikely now as he likes to keep changing and experimenting. Arena Rap, Yela's best project? AR ftw.

Definitely @ Arena Rap > both of those...

Not sure about TMR > TM but then I haven't even spun TMR fairly tbh, I listened a few times... in terms of rap and vibe and cohesiveness... I do remember it feeling more solid, and better, but I'm not sure any of the songs stuck with me like the TM songs but then again: that was the first Yela shit I listened to so, bound to be that way.

The shit would be another level...

Shit would be damn near a lowkey classic album.

A Great Flight and maybe 1-2 more solid tracks = insanely cohesive, classic album.
