Don't let his tough talk on wax fool you, 50 Cent is not completely out of tune with reality. In fact, the so-called gangsta rapper had a reality check while hanging out with the U.S. troops in Iraq last year. According to the Post Chronicle, Fiddy became nervous after a soldier reminded him that he was in danger of losing his life.
"I had an opportunity to perform for the soldiers in Iraq when I went on tour for (film) Get Rich Or Die Tryin'. As soon as I got there, a guy said, 'Listen, I'm not gonna bulls**t you, you can die today,'" said 50.
He added: "At first I thought, 'Why did I even come here?' At the end of that experience the people that got to see me perform may be the last thing they see; the last time they enjoy something before they go out tomorrow to fight - and some of them may not come back, bottom line."
For some reason, I suddenly feel like listening to Mobb Deep's "Shook Ones II."
