Those of u out there who all claimed to luv and support 50 back in the day and hav completely abandonned him and said he is crap are all a bunch of fakeass suckers who never really liked him in the first place. When u support a soccer team u stick with them even if they r losin or low on the charts. Same with rap artists. Every rapper has his rise and fall. I bet if 2pac was alive today he wud not be seen as much of a legend as he is now. Thats becuz he died when he was near or at his peak of his career. When everyone luved him the most. I bet if 50 was shot and killed right after he dropped GRDT he wud be seen nearly just as great as Pac. Real fans stick with their hero to the end. And if u were never a 50 fan, and never really liked him that much just remember all the great songs he did back in the day. Rap wud never be the same without a 50 Cent, we all owe him respect even till this very day.

yeah i understand that but that isnt a good reason to disrespect him and talk about him as if he is worthless and cant do shit. I mean look at this he has featured and created so many different songs before in his carreer that were unique like no one else. But anyway i beleive 50 Cent isnt completely drained yet and can still giv us somethin right before he leaves for good. I'll be lookin forward to his last album in 08. 50 did great on the Re-Up im sure he can do great on his own as well.

Although i don't like most of 50's tracks now, back in 03, when In Da Club dropped, everyone was bumping it, now 4 years later, people saying he's shit. People today are too quick to crticsize an artist after one mistake (look at Encore and how many said Em "Lost It").

And if you remember in 03, all the hype was on 50, no one was saying that hip hop was dead, as the music today was almost the same 4 years ago, it hasn't changd much. 50 still talks the same stuff since 03. I mean compare "Whadup Gangsta" with "My Gun Go Off".

yeah im a hater but only of 50 i respect talent and bein in the rap game for around 24 years i feel pretty qualified to judge talent and 50 has none simple as, his rap is boring 99% on 1 note and tbh the only reason he got anywhere is cuz eminem was behind him otherwise he wud still be relatively unknown put it this way he wud never stand a chance gettin on my label

An artists personality influences their music, which is what happened with 50, 50 can still do what he used to do, but the crave for money and the wanting more money gets him to make songs like straight to the bank, he does what he needs to sell...

no, his concepts and expeirence make tracks like rock bottom, he as a person admitted he only did lots of chldish "immature" tracks because thats what he thought we (his fans) wanted to hear. just an example but the point is the same, experience makes tracks that have that strong a feeling in them, eminem didnt expeirence dressing up as micheal jackson so he could write just lose it...you get me ?

when people suggest you should support an artist for "who they are" is like saying you should support a team because they have a nice strip, as a person there's lots of artist i highly respect, like mf doom, kano, slick rick, i like them artist as people and i respek what they doin but i dont enjoy listening to there music. there's artist i hate but i cant deny there music is really good, like kayne west, jay z.

if there music becomes shit imma stop listening to them no matter who they are or who they were. but out of respek for who they were or what they did i wont take it away form them, like i still bump GRODT coz i loved the album
