Winter of 2009 is the season and year we are currently in...so this means 50's album will be released sometime before March 20th.....
Winter of 2009 is NOT intended to indicate next winter....
Next Winter would be the winter of 2010....
Saying Winter of 2009 just gives 50 a little leeway between now and mid March

Yeah^^ He has a point. We're in Winter atm, and we are in 2009. So we're in Winter 2009. Its not Spring is it? Nope. Its not Summer is it? Nope. Its not Fall is it? Nope. So this is winter 09.
