I dont know if this ha been posted before (it it has, im sorry), But i just listened to the album, and i was just wondering, is "Ms Jenkins" based on a real story?

i think maybe probly he killed somebody and got away,(i live in the same chicago area he lived in, the gang he's in is very dangerous) i wouldnt put it past him, but i dont think he actually wrote a letter to his victims mom, if he did that he'd be in jail now.
