I used to work with a girl that listened to Bowling for Soup and Simple Plan exclusively.
It took me months before I looked at her Ipod and realized they were different bands.
That's the only thing I hate--they don't seem to do anything original.

I love that dude from Bowling For Soup
he's wrote some good songs in my opinion
only thing i dig from Simple Plan is "I'm Just A Kid"
but I love bowling for soup...I bought their album "A Hangover You Don't Deserve" forver ago & i loved it
idk maybe it's just me & omar's taste for alternative pop punk bands

Isaac Brock is a razor sharp diamond in a field of fashion jewelry CZ. It's a pity that "Float On" is the only song most people know by MM. "Dashboard" was a more true single, off of We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank.

Modest Mouse is dope, but this topic isn't about Modest Mouse guys. :S
Though I agree on the comparison, as soon as I heard a song by BFS I thought the lead vocalist sounded like the dude in Simple Plan, but Bowling For Soup is so much better than Simple Plan.
And yeah, alternative pop punk, rapcore, grunge all of that is great in our tastes.
