Shinoda is definitely the best part of LP. Even if you don't like his rapping, his production his fuckin unbelievable.

When I mention Shinoda, I'm literally only talking about his rapping - which I think sucks 80% of the time.

It's like me and you have heard two completely different Mike Shinodas...

I gained mad respect for Shinoda when I heard that song.

I’ve been digging in the crates
Ever since I was living in space
Before the rat race
Before monkeys had human traits
I mastered numerology
And Big Bang theology
Performed lobotomies
With telekinetic psychology
Invented the mic
So I could start blessing it
Chin-checking kids to make my point like an impressionist
Many men have tried to shake us
But I twist mic cords in double-helixes
To show them what I’m made of
I buckle knees like leg-braces
Cast a spell of instrumentalness on all of you emcees who hate us
So you can try on
Leave you without a shoulder to cry on
From now to infinity
Let icons be bygones
I fire bomb
Ghostly notes haunt this
I tried threats but moved onto a promise
I stomp shit with or without an accomplice
And run the gauntlet with whoever that wants this

Shit son, have you seen this?

Every LP fan says this is one of the best performances they've ever done. Just dope.

That was pretty dope. I love the Reanimation version with Monch though. That version is beastly. :worship:

Reanimation is just beastly all around tbh. One of their best albums imo

Reanimation is just incredible. So many tracks turned out so much better than the original. But H! Vltg3 isn't one of them. The piano loop is just boring. Doesn't have much of replay value because f it.

Did he?

Immortal Shinoda.

lol

I hate that part though, the whole rhyming the 4 syllable-ology lines is fucking cheesy. Like, philosophy, psychology, theology, labotomy, economy, :facepalm

But the verse overall is on point.

I HATE that part, It sounds so corny it annoys the hell out of me!!!!

Mike's been hinting at new LP stuff in the following months in a couple of interviews lately.

Their tour begins today. We may get some performances of super old tracks.

They played a new song ''A Light That Never Comes'', with Steve Aoki live at Summer Sonic earlier this month. The song won't be on the upcoming album, and will be unlockable content after finishing the new facebook game Linkin Park RECHARGE. The game will be avaliable on September 12th. There are recordings of the live performance on YouTube, and we got a 43 second preview of the studio version. There's also a short making of the song video. Full making of will be avaliable soon, I guess.
