That's not a fair comparison. The pic of Katy Perry was taken by his ex when he wake up in the morning. He posted the pic on his twitter and she got all mad.

The pic of Rihanna is a capture of her video "Stay", she is wearing make up, just a natural one, you can even see some eyeliner. The video has a good lighting, etc........
