edit: listened again. banks stayed on point his whole verse, em kinda went in and out with his. might honestly have to give it a toss up, which is hard for a stan

Where I'm At is an incredible song. I love it, it's one of my favorite Eminem verses. You can relate SO much, but it's not like a whiny Em. It's a confident Em, he's truly passionate on this verse and you can tell. It's just "wow."
