We As Americans is the closest to a 10 in my opinion. I don't think any other track on the album matches it rhyming rise.

ass like that is awesome! its just stupid and fun people should lighten up and not expect every song of his to be an absolute classic. the only songs i tend to skip over are like toy soldiers, mosh, spend some time and encore. not terrible tracks just my least favourite on the album. Yellow brick road is awesome along with mockingbird evil deeds and rain man. The lyrics and flow are definitley his weakest to date overall but i still feel its a strong album. Its crazy experimentation at its best. Also musically its pretty strong beat wise and melody wise plenty of awsome hooks. Come on tell me why im wrong

As a whole, I don't think Encore was such an awful album.

The highlights of the album for me are:
• Mockingbird
• Like Toy Soldiers
• Spend Some Time
• Crazy in Love
• Encore
• Mockingbird
• We As Americans (love this song)

The reason why Encore has such a bad reputation is due to a few factors such as his flow and content.

The main factor I believe is his rhyming. Pre-Encore, Eminem was one of the best lyricists in the game. Encore took a step down in regards to his rhyming. The rhyming wasn't awful on every song, but a lot of it was. Take Ass Like That as an example.

Although the album did feature some good rhyming, particularly the bonus track "We As Americans". His multi's were on point on that album, delivery was good and it was a great track.

Encore was great. Like Toy Soldiers and Mosh are 2 of my favorite Eminem songs. Not to sound off topic here, but this is a response to this album being called Eminem's worst... I believe Relapse is his worst, most likely since it's his first album out of rehab, but I still would count it as his worst. I could go on a rant about it but I'd be going way off topic.

Well, when u give SIX tracks (including the bonus ones) a perfect ten... there is a consistent overrating of the tracks. While he (or she ) tries to compensate by underrating "jokey singles" (Ass like that 1/10 really?) its still wrong. 10/10 for me means FLAWLESS and very few (if any) of those tracks are just that when we use some sort of empirical method- taking into account Beat, Flow, Lyrics, Hook, subject matter, originality etc

When I first heard Encore I thought he must have been high for the most of the writing phase and the recording phase. Its funny because afterwards he talks about being on drugs and being extremely lazy for the making of Encore. It was "crazy experimentation" with Encore it was "crazy habit".
