But my theory on why so many of you guys are pissed off, its because with Eminem, we wait SO long to hear more music from him. We wait ages then we get a tiny bit of news and go ape shit over it. And we build up our own anticipation. But I don't see why some of you say he's finished. He isn't. Since he's cameback he's made some very memorable verse and songs. Deja Vu, Seduction, Almost Famous, Welcome 2 Hell, I Need A Doctor, Take From Me, The Reunion, Forever, Airplanes etc.
Let's look at Forever. Em had put out Relapse which by some people was hated on for it. Then he got on Forever and killed 3 of Hip-Hop's biggest artists. Em crucified that song. He knew what he was up against as he respects the shit out of those three. He knew he had to step his game up and unleash a killer verse! And that's what he did! So Em still has it in him to kill anyone on a song no matter who it is.
While some of his stuff lately has been subpar I'm still excited for his solo stuff. And to be fair even Encore and Relapse had a few gems on them. So I'm sure his upcoming album will as well. I think he just needs the fire in him again. And that's why I hope he finds out what fans think of the material. So that he can build that fire inside of him to prove he's still the best.
I mean I'm getting sick of people saying that Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj etc are the best rappers. It makes me sick and they've never heard of someone the likes of Nas.
But I am certain that the upcoming collabs Em is on will be great and his album will be awesome. Feel free to give your thoughts
