I think Bizarre's verse is hilarious, and definitely one of his best. The line about OJ and Nicole is sick (in more ways than one), and there's plenty of great material there. Just my opinion, though. I'm not saying it's better than Em's verse (and I would seriously wonder about anyone who would say that). I'm just saying it's a dope verse.
