Harry Potter

Nah, but seriously.. I'd include Tolkien there. British literature. Other than that.. The Beatles? Rolling Stones?.. Music in general?

How about the British perspective of the American Revolutionary War?

I mean, from the American cultural perspective we look at it as a heroic landmark event, a proud period of time where we fought for freedom, representation, independence. We think of the tale of Paul Revere, Sam Adams, Nathan Hale (I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country.) We have countless movies about the war.

Well, what about the British perspective? I'm sure their culture perceives it quite a bit differently. And if you want to make it easy on yourself, just find a British movie about the war and your paper breaks down to what is essentially a movie analysis.

Great, if you need any info, hit me up. I'm a Sherlock Holmes fan, so I know a thing or two about the whole series.
