Yeah. This is the kind of proof of how good Em's best music is... because even people who don't like him can't help (when his great shit is on) but love it. And I don't just mean nod their head and can't help but find it catchy like you can with any shit song by anybody.

I mean like... ''Lose Yourself'' for example - my dad used to like to pretend Em was crap or joke about rap etc. but when that would come on - he would love it. He loved the intro and the riff and the whole thing. And he also liked ''Stan'' a lot.

My mother would laugh out loud at a lot of Em's shit too. I would play it in the car and again she would often tell me to turn the shit off lmao but she couldn't help but laugh at a lot of his lyrics because they'd come out so blatant and sarcastic.

Em was so good (is still, but especially in his prime) with melody that yeah - they'd sing along or know the lyrics. Everybody who hears it I think secretly knows it's great lmao. And that sounds like such a stan thing to say but seriously - if you put ''Lose Yourself'' on... you can not like the sound or style, sure, but Em's talent and the originality of this complete song from scratch is just so unique and dense and brilliant.
