Actually Eminem sued Apple for this ad. So, fail.

And he said no to hundreds of companies over the years who wanted to use "Lose Yourself", and only said yes to Chrysler, in 2010 - eight years after the song's release; because he wanted to help put the Detroit car scene back on track. That's called integrity; opposite of a sell-out.
